MY LAST POST

Hey everyone we are done!!! Time went by so fast, i probably wont write in my blog anymore after this, i am not much of a blog person. I would tell someone writing a paper for the first time to start out with a topic and do alot of research, then make a outline which helped me alot!! Then start putting it together, have some one else read it and keep perfecting it from there. I still think i can improve in my thesis, and conclusions but all in all i did ok! Well good luck everyone in your future classes. Thank you professor great class!

WEEK 9

Hello Professor, Class! Wow the time really flew by didn't it? I was so nervous before this class started. My advisor said to me i hope you like to write because you will be doing alot of it! And i started to panic, thinking i am not a writer. But it was not to bad, i still need work on the citations and thesis part but i think that is just practice. Professor you did a great job in teaching us Thank You!!! And it was nice to talk with all my classmates in discussion, everyone is so nice Thanks for all you kind words and advise!! Well after next week we all get a break and then its back to work one step closer to graduation. Take Care and have a nice break everyone!

UNIT 8

Hi Everyone! I feel really good about the peer review, got alot of good advise. There is alot more work to writing a paper than i remember, maybe i was not doing it right before! For me the thesis and conclusion were the hardest part, you know trying to tie it all together. But i think it will come together in the end. I probably wont continue with the blog after the class is over, i have a hard time knowing what to say! Some of my classmates are excellent writers though!! Good Luck With Your Papers!!!!

PEER REVIEW

Hello everyone! This week we had peer review, wow the thought of other class mates reviewing my paper kind-uv scared me at first. But i think it has been very helpful. I now look back at my paper and read it and i can see all kinds of mistakes. I know my thesis needs some major rewriting, but that is good that i know and i can fix it! I did not really have any ah-ha moments only oh my gosh what am i doing moments LOL. I like to write but i sometimes have trouble putting my thoughts down and making them flow the way i want them too! I like the structure of this class and the way it goes step by step it is very help[full and a good learning experience. Good Luck to everyone on your papers.

HALF WAY THERE

We are in week 6 half way done. Time is going fast! I had to write my first draft for my writing class this week, it was ok but it took up alot of my time with the research and writing it out. I hope it is what the professor wants! My other class is medical terminology which is going good. we are doing 2 chapters in a unit and there is so many words to remember its crazy!! It is Tuesday afternoon and i still have to take my quiz and finish my posts, but it will be fine. Looking To The Future

Today it is really cold outside, so i got alot of homework done. My husband is watching football so i decided it was a good time to do homework. I have done pretty good so far with the challenges of homework, i think the hard part will be when i actually get to the transcription part and i have to type while i listen. I am nervous about that and also remembering how to spell medical terms the right way! I am glad that alot of my credits transferred from my other college so i don't have that long to go before i graduate. My life has not really changed much since i started school, but i am hoping that i will get a better job when i am done. better than what i had before.

My Writing Style

I don't know that i really have a writing style, but i guess everyone does. I hope i will do okay on my report we have to write, I am sure it will be easier once i get started, somehow everything flows once you get an idea in your head. I like to start with topics and add to that with ideas. If anyone has advise i will take it!! I hope all of you had a nice new years. My husband and i stayed home and watched the ball go down in New York. It was alot better than going out, it gets crazy on new years. Well Happy New Year everyone
